The command center

The workspace home screen: where you stand in AI answers and what to do this week.

By the AI Native team · Updated 2026-06-11

The command center is the first screen you see when you open your workspace. It answers one question at a glance: where do we stand in AI answers right now, and what should we do about it. Everything else in the product drills down from here.

Where you stand in AI answers

The top of the command center shows your standing across the brands and products in your workspace. The headline numbers are the same three you will see everywhere in AI Native:

  • Mentioned, the share of answers that name your brand at all.
  • Recommended, the share that actually put you forward as a choice.
  • Share of voice, how much of the brand conversation in those answers is yours versus everyone else's.

These are rolled up so you read the workspace as a whole, then broken out per product underneath, so you can see which product is carrying the portfolio and which is lagging. A line tells you whether your recommendation rate sits above or below the category-average benchmark, so a number has context rather than floating on its own.

Visibility and execution

The command center separates two different games. Visibility is being named and recommended in an answer. Execution is whether an AI agent acting on a buyer's behalf would actually hand off to you. They are scored separately because winning one does not win the other, and the screen shows both halves side by side so you do not mistake being mentioned for being chosen.

Your work this week

Below the standing, the command center turns measurement into a short list of work. It surfaces the open actions, the gaps where AI does not yet recommend you, ranked so the highest-value problem sits at the top. It also flags contradictions, the facts AI states wrongly about you, because a wrong fact is usually worth fixing before a missing mention.

A "recently shipped" strip shows what your team has already acted on, so progress is visible and the screen does not only ever show problems.

Moving from here

The command center is a starting point, not a dead end. Each product opens to its own detail, where you run scans and read full results. The work-this-week list links straight into the attack queue, the ranked set of gaps to close. The contradictions count links into the Brand Truth Studio, where you fix what AI gets wrong. The intent is that you can open the workspace, read one screen, and know exactly where to go next.
