Recommendation
How often AI actively recommends you (not just mentions you) when buyers ask. The real bar - higher than being merely named.
Recommendation rate
Share of answers where AI recommends you.
Mention
How often AI names you at all, recommended or not.
Mention rate
Share of answers that name you anywhere.
Sentiment
How positively or negatively AI describes you, from -1 (hostile) to +1 (glowing).
Share of voice
Your share of all brand mentions in AI answers vs competitors - who owns the conversation.
SoV
Share of Voice: your share of brand mentions vs competitors.
Avg position
When you appear, your average rank in the answer. 1 = the top pick.
Accuracy
Share of factual claims AI makes about you that match your verified ground truth.
Contradictions
Answers where AI states a number that contradicts your real facts (e.g. wrong interest rate).
Outcome ladder
The path from absent to recommended-first. Moving buyers rightward is the goal.
Opportunities
Ranked cells worth attacking, scored Value x Gap x Winnability.
Provenance
The source URLs AI cited to build its answer about you.
Citation authority
How influential a cited domain is (0-1000). High-authority sources move answers most.
AEO
Answer Engine Optimization - making your content the source AI cites and recommends.
AEO Readiness
A 0-100 score for how citation-ready your content is for AI answers.
Engine divergence
How much engines disagree about you. High divergence = the fix is distribution, not content.
Scan credits
Your budget for AI-visibility scans. Each scan spends credits.
Prompt set version
The exact set of questions measured. Editing it starts a new comparable series.
Funnel stage
Where the buyer is: awareness, consideration, comparison, decision, retention.
Need-state persona
A buyer segmented by what they need the product to DO, not by job title.
Branded
Reputation questions that name you - measure sentiment + accuracy.
Unbranded
Discovery questions that do not name you - measure if AI surfaces + recommends you.
Avg recommendation
Average recommendation rate across all your products.
Portfolio sentiment
