This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, how AI Native handles your information. AI Native is an AI-visibility measurement service operated by the operators of this Platform ("we", "us", or "our"). We try to keep this short and honest: we collect what we need to run the Service, we use it to operate and improve the Service, and we do not sell your personal data.

What we collect

• Account information. Your name, work email, phone number, password (stored only as a secure hash), and the company or workspace you create. The phone number is part of signup so we can reach you about your account and your walkthrough.
• Workspace content. The brands, products, domains, questions, notes, and other content you add to your workspace so the Service can measure how AI engines talk about you.
• Usage information. Basic logs about how you use the Service, such as the pages and actions in your workspace, the scans you run, and standard technical data like IP address and browser type, which we use to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We do not ask you to submit sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not put it into the workspace.

Why we use it

• To operate the Service: create your workspace, run measurements, generate plans and content, and show you results.
• To improve the Service: understand what works, fix problems, and make the platform better, including using de-identified or aggregated data.
• To communicate with you: transactional email such as verification, password reset, billing, and important notices about your account and the Service.
• To keep the Service safe: prevent abuse and fraud, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. We do not use the content in your workspace to advertise to you.

Who processes your data

We use a small set of trusted service providers to run the Service. We describe them generically rather than by name, and they act on our instructions:

• Cloud hosting to run the application and store your data.
• Email delivery to send transactional email such as verification and password resets.
• AI and search-data providers to perform the measurements and generate the plans and content the Service produces.

Some of these providers operate outside India. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be processed and stored on infrastructure located outside India, in line with applicable law.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. We use a session cookie so you can stay signed in and so the Service works securely. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and workspace data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, security, and operational needs. You can ask us to delete your account and its data, and we will do so subject to any retention we are required by law to keep.

Your choices and rights

You can access, correct, or export the information in your workspace, and you can ask us to delete your account. India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, gives you rights over your personal data, and we honor them. To make a request, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and storing passwords only as secure hashes. No service can promise perfect security, but we work to keep your data safe and to tell you if something goes seriously wrong.

Children

The Service is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email or in the Service.
