What data does AI Native need from me?
To set up a product and run scans, AI Native needs your brand name, your product description, a list of competitors, and the facts you want checked against AI answers. None of this requires personal customer data. The platform measures how AI engines represent your brand in response to buyer-intent questions, and that measurement does not depend on your users' identities, behaviour records, or personal information.
What data leaves my workspace during a live scan?
When a live scan runs, the prompts for your product are sent to the AI engines being measured. Those are the questions your buyers would ask: things like category comparison questions, branded evaluative questions, and competitor contrast questions. The engines return their answers, and those answers are scored and stored in your workspace. The prompts contain no personal customer data, no transaction records, and no information about real individuals. What leaves is a question set; what returns is a set of AI-generated answers.
Is my workspace isolated from other customers' workspaces?
Yes. Every workspace is isolated at the database level through per-tenant scoping. Every query that touches workspace data is filtered to a single organisation identifier. There is no shared table that a misconfigured query could cross. Platform administrators who access workspaces for support purposes are limited to read-only operations and every access is logged in a permanent audit trail.
Where is the platform hosted?
AI Native runs on cloud infrastructure. The platform is cloud-hosted, not on-premises. For teams with specific data-residency requirements, discuss your needs with us before signing up so we can confirm whether the current hosting configuration meets them.
Who can see my workspace data?
Your workspace data is accessible to the members of your workspace with the roles you assign them. Platform administrators can view workspace data for support purposes, but only in a read-only, time-limited impersonation session, and every such access is recorded in the audit log. We do not share workspace data across tenants, publish it externally, or use it to train models.
Are audit logs available?
Yes. The platform maintains an audit log of actions taken within your workspace, including user logins, scan launches, fact edits, and any platform-administrator access. The log is append-only. For compliance and governance purposes, the audit log is available to workspace owners.
Does AI Native store the raw AI answers from my scans?
Yes. Raw answer text, citation records, classification verdicts, and accuracy detail are stored per answer and associated with your scan results. They are stored so you can review them, export them, and compare them over time. They are not shared with other tenants or used outside your workspace.
Do you collect personal data about my end customers?
No. The platform does not require any data about your end customers to run scans or produce results. Personal data in the platform is limited to workspace member records (names and email addresses for login and role management) and payment information handled by our payment processor.
Are there any certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
We have not completed a formal third-party certification audit as of 2026. What we have in place structurally: per-tenant data isolation enforced at the query layer, an append-only audit log, read-only admin access with expiry, bcrypt password storage, CSRF protection on all mutating actions, and a rate-limited login to prevent brute-force attempts. We are building toward formal certification. If your organisation requires a specific certification before onboarding, please ask directly so we can give you an honest answer about timeline.
How is payment information handled?
Payment information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored on AI Native servers. Your credit balance is a platform balance, not a stored payment card. The ledger records credit movements, not card numbers or bank details.
Can I delete my workspace data?
You can request workspace deletion. On confirmed deletion, your workspace data, including all scans, answers, brand profiles, and fact records, is removed. We will confirm the deletion timeline with you at the time of request.
